from isolated RNA. cDNA can be stored for longer time and it can be
used to do multiple analysis. cDNA can be made from RNA isolated from
blood, plasma, skin, tissue, organs etc. of human, animals, fishes,
birds, ticks etc and the parts of plants. To send you quotation, we need the following information:
- The kind of sample: isolated RNA or raw samples, where one has to isolate the RNA
- Number of samples
- Purpose of cDNA: detection tumour markers, real time PCR etc
- any other information e.g. kind of preservation etc.
After getting the project, we will send you the quotation.
