In case you have them, kindly contact. Surely we synthese the simple oligos also. Each oligo will be sent with test report. All products will be highest quality.
A. DNA oligonucleotides:
Usually these are primers, which are used during the PCR reactions. Complex oligos: We can synthese complex oligos, which are more than 100 bases bigger. These are only of highest quality and 200 nm scale is available. We offer 2 different kinds for simple oligo upto 50 bases:
- 1. normal oligos (scale available 10 nm, 50 nm, 100 nm, 1000 nm)
- 2. HPLC purified oligos: It is available as 1 and 2 times purification.
Kindly send us your sequence for the quotation. There will be extra charges for wooble sequences. In case you have complex oligos, it is no problem, send us your inquiry.
B. RNA oligonucleotides:
The applications of RNA oligos are RNAi, tRNA functional studies, to study the mechanisms of protein synthesis, Ribozyme studies etc. Main points of RNA oligos: They are free of RNase, free of other toxic material, highest biological activity, HPLC and PAGE purification, synthesis upto 100 bases and different modifications like 2-Amino-rC, 2-Amino-rA, 2-Fluoro-rA, 2-Fluoro-rC, 2-Fluoro-rG, 2-Fluoro-rU, 2 O-Methyl-RNA.
