1. PCR Kits
PCR method for stem cell markers: It is based on RNA analysis methodology.
One converts RNA in cDNA and cDNA will be analysed. The kit contains all
components needed to perform the assay i.e. conversion of RNA to cDNA and the analysis of cDNA.
The analysis of cDNA can be done through conventional PCR on gel agarose as well as on real time
machine.
Contents of the kit: Reverse transcriptase, buffers, mastermix, primers, dNTP, molecular
water, positive control, negative control, loading dye, generule (in case of real time,
it contains primers and probes).
This kit needs isolated RNA. RNA can be isolated through different RNA
isolation kits available on the market.
