Just add your isolated RNA to our chemicals in one tube and run the real time PCR to differentiate between seasonal and swineflu influenza H1N1. Now this assay will be help to the laboratories doing work on influenza viruses. You will get the results within 2 hours. This assays offers excellent oppurtunities to conduct a number thesis work and this reduces the problem of crorss contamination, which is one of biggest problem during using the in house made chemicals.  This assay can give also an indication, what kind of preventive measurements including vaccine should be recommended in particular areas as one can conduct genotyping studies for H1N1 with this assay.
