1) Ready to use PCR kits swine flu H1N1 and other Influenza viruses:
as DOC
Ready to use PCR kits for Influenza viruses (particularly H1N1) and related micro organisms*:
Here are the best tools to do the research:
A). Swine flu Virus: Genekam
developed her own assays
for molecular detecting
of various
kinds of H1N1 strains
in gel agarose, we are also developing assays for real time PCR. If one understands the H1N1 strains of influenza viruses correctly and
keep in mind recent
outbreak strains , these
H1N1 strains can be
divided in 3 classes:
1) H1N1 strain of recent outbreak (so called novel strain of H1N1 of swine
origin) 2) seasonal H1N1 strain (so called novel strain of H1N1 of human origin)
3. H1N1 strain of swine circulating in swine populations. There
are a number of research laboratories, which are focusing
and making publications
for detecting two strains i.e. Class 1 and 2, therefore Genekam has decided to
bring one kit to genotype them along with bringing a number of assays to detect
H1N1 strain of recent outbreak of swine flu. Such kits are needed to understand
the distribution of such viruses properly
and may help to generate more accurate preventative measurements along with perhaps providing better understanding to
find better therapies,
hence these kits can be used in research work. Genekam
has developed the solutions, which are highly specific to detect only the
recently outbreak H1N1 virus
like California, Mexico, New York,
Texas, Canada, Hamburg, Regensburg, Italy, Norway, Beijing, Shanghai, South
Australia, Louisiana, Victoria, Chile, Thailand, Korea, Ankara, Philippines,
Bayer, Catonia and other strains.
We have developed the assays, which can detect N1 part of influenza A viruses
like H1N1, H5N1, H6N1, H7N1 etc. Genekam
kit needs only isolated RNA to conduct the assay and this contains components
like PCR master mix, polymerase, positive control, negative control, primers,
buffers, loading dye, generuler etc. In
order to develop a highly specific assay for recent H1N1 virus, one must
understand the influenza viruses very deeply along the good knowledge of
software tools,
therefore we have decided to offer the following ready to use PCR kits based on
gel agarose:
1. Kit K736 Ready to use PCR kit to detect H1N1 of swine origin of recent outbreak (single check) 100 reactions Euro 799,-
This kit is in position to detect the H1N1 of swine origin of recent outbreak in samples. One can see clear beautiful bands in the gel agarose. This assay detect only H1N1 strains and there should be no cross reactions with H3N2, H5N1; H5N3, H7N7 strains and other strains. This is not available in literature. This is Genekamīs own development.
2. Kit K746 Ready to use PCR kit to detect H1N1 of swine origin circulating in swine (single check) 100 reactions Euro 799,-
This assay should be used to detect H1N1 of swine origin in the samples of animals like pigs. This assay cannot detect recently outbreak H1N1 strain (so called Novel H1N1 of swine origin).
3. Kit K794 Ready to use PCR kit to detect the H1N1 of human origin (single check) 100 reactions Euro 799,-
This assay can detect H1N1 of human origin (also known as seasonal H1N1 or novel H1N1 of human origin) in the cell cultures, nasal or other samples. This does not detect the recently outbreak H1N1 virus.
4. Kit K745 Fluhunter 3X: Ready to use PCR kit to detect and genotype three different kinds of H1N1 (recently outbreak swine flu virus or Novel H1N1 of swine origin, seasonal H1N1 or Novel virus of human origin and H1N1 virus of swine origin) 100 reactions Euro 1499,-
5. Kit K414 Ready to use PCR kit to detect the recently outbreak virus of swine flu H1N1 (double check) 100 reactions Euro 1199.-
6. Kit K415 Ready to use PCR kit to detect the recently outbreak virus of swine flu H1N1 (triple check) 100 reactions Euro 1499,-
7. PCR Positive control for recently outbreak H1N1 D0069 (as cDNA) call for price
8. Kit K413 Ready to use PCR kit to detect N1 part of H1N1 viruses 100 reactions Euro 599,-
9. Kit K712 Ready to use PCR kit to differentiate between recently outbreak strain of H1N1 and seasonal H1N1 of human origin 100 reactions Euro 899,-
This is two in one assay, which can detect the seasonal as well as swine flu virus of recent outbreak of human origin. This assay can detect the different strains of recent outbreak like different strains of Mexico, California, New York, Italy, Regensburg, Hamburg, Canada, Texas, Bayer, Rio de Janero etc.
10. Influenza H3N2:
Ready to use kit to detect H3N 2
infection Kit 122d 100 Reactions Euro 999,-
This is circulating in human population
and swine population.
11. Kit K416 Ready to use PCR kit to detect recent outbreak H1N1 of human origin and reconfirming the N1 part of H1 100 reactions Euro 899,-
This assay can be used to detect the H1N1 strain of recent outbreak swine flu virus and reconfirming the N1 part of this virus. This is two in one assay. This assay is Genekamīs own development.
B). Genekam developed new solutions like our real time Fluhunter FR060 kit for Influenza A kit, which can detect specially H1N1 strains (also swine flu strains of Mexico, California, Regensburg, Hamburg, Rio de Janeiro, New York, Texas, Canada etc), H3N2 strains along with other strains of Influenza A like H5N1, H9 and others. 2. Similarly our old kits 203A (sold for last 4 years on the market) for Influenza A can also detect recent outbreak strains of H1N1 along with other influenza strains. 3. Our kits can be used to write the PhD thesis for human and veterinary medicine (including dental medicine). They can be used to compare the quality of the laboratories own assays. These kits offer excellent chance to do more research in the field of influenza viruses.
